TU Delft’s excellence scholarship for international MSc students, funded from the legacy of Justus and Louise van Effen. The Delft page lists 16 awards across the regular MSc programmes, two per faculty. Delft stresses that scholarships are extremely limited and highly competitive.
You need to be conditionally or fully admitted to a two-year regular MSc programme (not an international joint programme) and be an excellent applicant; the top 10% of your previous cohort is the indication. The scholarship application goes in together with the MSc application, with an English test certificate and reference letter. As of October 2026 the page lists 1 December 2026 (23:59 CET) as the deadline. Delft also lists a small partial scholarship for the Microelectronics track of the MSc Electrical Engineering.
