Overview

The MENA Scholarship Programme funds short courses and tailor-made training in the Netherlands for professionals from the Middle East and North Africa. It is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the Shiraka programme and managed by Nuffic. It is not a degree scholarship: courses run from 2 to 13 weeks.

Eligibility

You must be a working professional aged 45 or younger, from one of the countries the programme covers. Each country has its own page with priority sectors and application details; the Study in NL overview did not state a 2026/2027 deadline when checked in October 2026, so look at your country page.
