Wageningen’s Excellence Programme is a tuition fee waiver for excellent international students joining a two-year MSc. It sits next to the Africa Scholarship Programme, the Anne van den Ban Fund and the NL Scholarship on the same WUR page. All WUR scholarships are for the September intake.
WUR sets a GPA of at least 80% (First Class Honours equivalent) and a list of eligible countries on its page. As of October 2026 the page gives 1 December 2026 as the deadline for the Excellence Programme and 1 May 2027 for the NL Scholarship at WUR, which has a smaller number of awards between €5,000 and €15,000.
