Frequently asked questions

Are Dutch scholarships fully funded?

Some are. We label each award by what its own text says it covers — full package, tuition and living, tuition only, living only, or a partial contribution — and leave it unclassified when the wording does not say enough to tell.

When do scholarship applications close?

Most awards are tied to the September intake, a few to February, and applications usually open many months ahead. Deadlines that move every year are shown as described by the funder rather than pinned to a date that would go stale.

What are the entry requirements for Masters Aerospace Engineering in the Netherlands?

Entry is set by each institution. For a masters you will generally need the preceding qualification at the level the institution states, proof of English (or Dutch) for the language of instruction, and some programmes with a fixed number of places (numerus fixus) have earlier deadlines. Students from outside the EU/EEA may also need a residence permit, which the institution usually arranges with the IND.
